Had a great day on Lake Talquin today with Sandtel and Natalie from Georgia putting some nice crappie in the boat!
The fish were holding around deeper structure, and once we located them, the action stayed steady throughout the day. Live minnows and patient presentations around brush piles produced the best results. The crappie bite continues to be good, especially during the early morning hours before the heat really sets in.
